The Sales Operations Senior Manager role at Genoseq Diagnostics Reproductive Health involves partnering with the enterprise team to develop sales processes, establish Sales Operations capabilities, and support cross-functional alignment. This position encompasses managing projects, facilitating team and senior-level meetings, and driving goal setting, tracking, and communication initiatives. The Sales Operations Senior Manager plays a critical role within the Commercial Operations team, fostering effective collaboration with business partners and functional teams across the organization.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing innovative tools and processes to guide the sales team in selecting optimal targets and improving their impact.
  • Creating, maintaining, and tracking key strategic metrics and achievements throughout various deal stages.
  • Visualizing and sharing data in creative ways to enable informed and timely decision-making.
  • Collaborating with enterprise sales, finance, software, and IT teams to deliver meaningful solutions.
  • Identifying and resolving key issues through leveraging tools and partner teams at Genoseq Diagnostics Reproductive Health.
  • Creating detailed plans that simplify complex work streams and tracking progress against these plans.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert and a go-to person for enterprise sales, commercial operations, and marketing teams.
  • Developing and integrating business unit operating models and optimal governance structures.
  • Liaising with other functional teams on business unit activities and progress tracking.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information to achieve commercial objectives as requested by the Leadership Team.
  • Facilitating engagement initiatives to foster culture and purpose across the business in partnership with leadership.
  • Assisting in the development of a reporting and business intelligence program for commercial team members.
  • Collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain CRM platforms, commercial databases, and master data management solutions.
  • Addressing questions from the sales team and sales management regarding performance, analytics, reports, and other topics.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.SC Biotechnology) and a minimum of 8 years of work experience.
  • 5-7 years of operations experience within sales operations, preferably in or supporting Life Sciences Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management, Product Marketing, Management Consulting, or Strategy.
  • Healthcare consulting experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving results and increasing responsibilities over time.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or GSuite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 10-15%).
